These terms govern orders that refer to them and are accepted by the customer. The version provided with the order confirmation remains applicable to that order. Only offers available for purchase in the account may be ordered.
The seller is Yannick JEAN-AIMÉE, a sole trader operating under the trade name OCEANS NEXUS, RCS de Papeete 26 827 A, TAHITI number E57875. Customers must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind any organisation they represent. A consumer is a natural person acting for purposes outside their professional activity. An individual recruiter may therefore be a consumer; merely choosing a label in the form does not remove the legal protections corresponding to their actual situation.
Candidates use the service free of charge. These Terms of Sale concern vacancies, candidate accesses, packages and promotions purchased by recruiters. The Terms of Use govern use; the Privacy Policy describes data processing.
The offer includes one vacancy and four candidate accesses in total for two calendar months from registration of the recruiter account. It does not mean four accesses for each vacancy. Complimentary posting and access end on the common expiry date of this offer, even if activated late.
The Urgent badge is offered for seven days, without exceeding the validity of the vacancy and the offer; one bump is also offered under the conditions displayed in the account. Unused complimentary benefits expire and cannot be converted into money or purchased credits.
No subscription, purchase or charge is triggered automatically when the free period ends. A paid service requires a separate order. Benefits granted through a partnership follow their specific conditions, with no unprovided automatic combination.
Prices are stated in euros and are the total amount payable, including all applicable taxes. Catalogue prices are final prices: OCEANS NEXUS adds no extra tax charge to them.
OCEANS NEXUS falls under the basic VAT exemption in French Polynesia. Invoices for transactions covered by this regime bear the wording “TVA non applicable, franchise en base”. The tax treatment of an international sale is determined by the nature of the service, the customer's location and their tax status; invoice statements reflect this. The customer provides accurate billing information.
Any conversion fees charged directly by the customer's bank are separate from the Navisteer price.
Price changes apply to future orders. The offer contents, quantities, periods and total payable are shown in the summary before payment. No paid option is preselected. Specifically accepted special terms take precedence only for the benefits they describe, without excluding mandatory consumer rights.

A vacancy activated using a package is published for two calendar months. The period during which package rights are available starts when they are granted after confirmed payment; it is distinct from the duration of each activated service. Expiry dates are shown in the account and order summary.
Purchased credits that remain valid accumulate with a new purchase. Each batch retains its expiry date: repurchasing does not extend earlier credits. Credits provide access only to the Navisteer services included in the offer; they bear no interest and cannot be transferred to another account.
Using purchased Classic credits requires a confirmed purchase of a paid posting or a package including postings, still valid and not revoked. It is not necessary to have published that posting already. A standalone purchase of credits or a free benefit does not meet this condition; it must be explained before the purchase of credits.
Discovery is separate from the free launch offer. The recruiter explicitly selects Discovery in their account after exhausting or reaching the expiry of their launch posting right. Classic remains the default choice. Changing offers does not automatically place an order or charge the recruiter.
Discovery provides a first free posting, then permits only one ongoing posting at a time, for at most two calendar months. A paused posting retains its place and expiry date; closing or expiry frees the place. After the first posting, each new posting or republication requires at least one valid, non-revoked Discovery credit, without spending that credit. An ongoing launch posting prevents a simultaneous Discovery posting.
After the first Discovery posting, the recruiter can order Discovery batches of three, five or ten credits. Their three-calendar-month validity starts when granted after confirmed payment. Each unlock spends one credit and provides thirty days of access. Discovery credits are exempt from the requirement to purchase a paid posting: they remain usable after switching back to Classic until their individual expiry, without extending it. This exemption does not apply to Classic credits. A pending payment may prevent an offer change; an order created under a different offer cannot enter payment after that change.
For any new unlock, regardless of the source of the right, the candidate must have a non-withdrawn application to an active, visible posting owned by the recruiter. Accesses already granted retain their original expiry.
Unlocking and the information disclosed are defined in Article 4 of the Terms of Use. It does not guarantee a candidate's response or recruitment. A right consumed in error or an unavailable service is subject to the remedies in Article 9.
The catalogue offers are one-off purchases, without automatic renewal. A partnership agreement may provide individual benefits and its own duration. Any recurring plan requires a separate agreement specifying its price, duration and termination arrangements; it does not arise from purchasing a package.
The customer selects the offer, checks their information and may correct errors before confirming. They have access to the Terms of Sale and information on rights, durations, prices and withdrawal. The confirmation button clearly indicates the obligation to pay.
Payment is due in full at the time of the order through the methods presented in the secure process. Complete card details are processed by the payment provider; they are not disclosed to recruiters. Confirmation on a durable medium, including the order details and accepted terms, is sent to the customer. Rights are granted after payment confirmation; a failed payment does not result in billing for an unordered service.
Consumers have fourteen days to withdraw from a paid order, without giving reasons or incurring a penalty. Navisteer contractually grants this period to consumer customers even where territorial law does not provide the same right. More protective mandatory rules remain applicable.
The period starts on the day after the contract is concluded. If it ends on a Saturday, Sunday or applicable public holiday or non-working day, it is extended to the next working day. Free registration does not start the withdrawal period for a later paid order early. If mandatory withdrawal information is missing, the statutory extension, which may reach twelve months, remains applicable.
Withdrawal may be sent before the period ends by email to admin@navisteer.app, by post to the seller's address or using the withdrawal form below. An unambiguous declaration is sufficient. The consumer keeps proof of sending it.
For contracts concluded through the online interface, OCEANS NEXUS makes a free, visible and directly accessible “Withdraw from the contract here” function available throughout the withdrawal period. The customer enters their identity, the contract concerned and the address for receiving the acknowledgement, then confirms with “Confirm withdrawal”. An acknowledgement specifying the content of the request and the date and time it was sent is provided without delay on a durable medium. Email and post remain available in addition.
By default, performance of a consumer order starts after the fourteen-day period. An earlier start requires the consumer's express request, collected separately from general acceptance of the Terms of Sale. The customer is informed of the consequences of full performance before the period ends, and their choices are retained with the order.
If the consumer withdraws after requesting this early start, only the service actually provided up to their declaration may be charged, in a justified proportion of the total agreed price. Unused rights are not treated as services consumed. Opening an account, making payment and allocating a credit balance are not sufficient to establish full performance of a package.
For a posting, badge or access provided over time, the performed part is calculated pro rata for the period actually provided against the agreed duration. For a one-off bump actually performed, its price portion may be retained. For a homogeneous batch of credits, the reference unit price is the price actually paid for the batch divided by the number of credits, then a pro rata calculation for the access period provided applies to each activated credit.
For a mixed package, the discount is allocated proportionately to the catalogue unit prices of the included elements, and the preceding rules then apply. The allocation and calculation are communicated to the customer; later recalculation at full price does not remove the discount. Benefits described as free are not charged. The amount retained never exceeds the price paid or the justifiable value of the service provided.
Loss of the right of withdrawal before the fourteen days end may be invoked only if the contract has been fully performed, after the consumer's express request and prior acknowledgement of that loss. Using a single credit or publishing one posting from a package does not end the right for the entire package. The exception relating to downloading digital content is not automatically applied to these services.
If the express request to start early or the information on amounts payable was not duly collected, no amount for the service begun is retained on withdrawal. Navisteer reimburses the sums due within fourteen days of being informed of the withdrawal, by the same payment method unless another fee-free method is expressly agreed. A credit note is not imposed instead of reimbursement.
A business customer ordering remotely for their activity does not benefit from the consumer right of withdrawal, except where a mandatory provision applies to their situation.
A confirmed business order binds the customer. Cancellation for convenience does not automatically entitle them to a refund. Published postings, activated accesses and executed promotions remain payable where the service was provided in accordance with the order. For unused rights, OCEANS NEXUS may agree in writing to a cancellation or a goodwill gesture; this is not an automatic right.
Voluntary closure of a posting after finding a candidate, voluntary withdrawal of a recruiter profile or non-use of available rights before their expiry do not, by themselves, constitute fault by the seller. This rule covers neither improper billing nor non-performance attributable to Navisteer and excludes no legally due guarantee or restitution.
The customer reports a billing error, duplicate charge or inaccessible service to admin@navisteer.app, with the order reference, without undue delay. Navisteer examines relevant records, corrects the error and proposes conforming performance, appropriate reinstatement or an appropriate extension. Where reimbursement is due, it is made without charge; merely reinstating a credit does not replace a reimbursement that is payable.
If an obligation is not performed, remedies under applicable law remain available, including performance, price reduction, termination of the contract and damages where their conditions are met. Permanent unavailability or discontinuation of the service results in appropriate treatment of the unperformed portion. Legitimate moderation does not automatically permit retention of the price of unrelated services that will not be supplied.
Consumer customers benefit from applicable statutory guarantees for digital services. The boxes below explain the French regime when it applies, without limiting more protective territorial rights. Failure to recruit does not constitute lack of conformity where the posting or access service was properly provided.
Data needed for the account, order, payment, billing, security and customer requests are processed under the Privacy Policy. Payment grants no right to unrestricted reuse of profiles. Operations performed on the recruiter's instructions are governed under Article 9 of the Terms of Use.
The application check and human review remain as set out in the Terms of Use; buying a service changes neither the regulatory conditions for practising a profession nor the employer's responsibilities. No liability cap or exclusion in special terms may exclude liability or a mandatory right.
The customer first sends a written complaint to admin@navisteer.app or the seller's postal address. The consumer may then refer the matter free of charge to CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris; application form: https://www.cm2c.net/comment-nous-saisir.php; declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net, within one year of the written complaint and subject to admissibility. Mediation is optional and does not preclude recourse to a court.
The contract is subject to the law applicable in French Polynesia. This choice does not deprive the consumer of the mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence where applicable, particularly where commercial activity is directed there. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts competent under the applicable rules; no exclusive court in Papeete is imposed on consumers. Electronic communications and evidence remain open to challenge under ordinary law.

Contact: OCEANS NEXUS, BP 1509, 98729 Papetoai, Moorea, Polynésie française; admin@navisteer.app; +689 89 33 17 52. This box presents French guarantees when they apply, without reducing mandatory rights under another applicable regime.
The consumer is entitled to the statutory guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears throughout the contractual supply period: two calendar months for a posting, thirty days for standard candidate access, seven days for an Urgent badge; for a package, during the three-month period in which Discovery rights are made available, or the six- or twelve-month period for Classic and during the term of each service activated under the contract. During that period, the consumer need only establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it arose.
The statutory guarantee of conformity entails an obligation to provide all updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the digital content or digital service throughout the supply periods stated above.
The statutory guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the digital content or digital service brought into conformity without undue delay following their request, free of charge and without major inconvenience to them.
The consumer may obtain a price reduction while retaining the digital content or digital service, or terminate the contract and receive a full reimbursement in exchange for relinquishing the digital content or digital service, if:
1. The trader refuses to bring the digital content or digital service into conformity;
2. Bringing the digital content or digital service into conformity is unjustifiably delayed;
3. Bringing the digital content or digital service into conformity cannot be done without costs imposed on the consumer;
4. Bringing the digital content or digital service into conformity causes major inconvenience to the consumer;
5. The digital content or digital service remains non-conforming despite the trader's unsuccessful attempt to bring it into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious as to justify an immediate price reduction or termination. The consumer need not first request that the digital content or digital service be brought into conformity.
Where the lack of conformity is minor, the consumer is entitled to cancellation of the contract only if the contract does not require payment of a price.
Any period during which the digital content or digital service is unavailable for the purpose of bringing it into conformity suspends the remaining guarantee period until conforming digital content or a conforming digital service is supplied again.
These rights result from Articles L. 224-25-1 to L. 224-25-31 of the French Code de la consommation.
A trader who in bad faith obstructs implementation of the statutory guarantee of conformity may incur a civil fine of up to 300,000 euros, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L. 242-18-1 of the French Code de la consommation).
The consumer also benefits from the statutory warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Code civil for two years from discovery of the defect. This warranty entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the digital content or digital service is retained, or a full reimbursement in exchange for relinquishing the digital content or digital service.
*Article D. 211-3 of the French Code de la consommation • One-off supply, in particular a bump*
The consumer has two years from the supply of the digital content or digital service to invoke the statutory guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears.
